Licensing
Use of the ZIG Superwallet platform (including SDK and hardware components) is governed by applicable license agreements between ZED Digital and the authorized partner (e.g., transit agencies, mobility providers, technology vendors). No rights are granted to third parties outside the scope of these agreements.

Validator Usage
ZIG Validators are designed to work exclusively with the ZIG Superwallet platform. Integration with or use of ZIG Validators in combination with any other software, system, or platform is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of ZED Digital.

Attribution
All applications or deployments using ZIG Superwallet must visibly display: “Powered by ZIG Superwallet” and retain the copyright notice unaltered.

Data, Privacy & PCI Compliance
ZIG Superwallet does not collect or share personal data beyond what is required for transactional processing. It is designed to operate in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to PCI DSS, CCPA, and HIPAA when applicable. ZED Digital maintains PCI DSS compliance for its role in the secure collection and transmission of payment information via the ZIG Superwallet platform.

ZED Digital is not liable for financial loss, application damage, or user dissatisfaction resulting from improper integration, unauthorized use, or operational issues caused by third-party systems. For supported usage, refer to the SDK documentation and applicable license agreements.
