Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B2B Marketing Coordinator to support our
sales and marketing team in driving pipeline growth and client engagement. This entry-level role
is ideal for someone looking to build hands-on experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement,
CRM management, and email communication. You’ll play a key role in developing proposals,
maintaining a library of marketing and sales assets, and executing digital marketing campaigns
that move prospects through the funnel.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 0–2 years of professional marketing experience (internships and co-ops welcome)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Solid writing, editing, and formatting capabilities (PowerPoint, Word, Adobe a plus)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Proposal & Sales Support

  • Assist in the creation, formatting, and editing of sales proposals and pitch materials
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure proposal content is tailored and up to date
  • Maintain a library of core marketing and sales content for reuse and version control

Marketing Asset Management

  • Organize and update the B2B marketing collateral library, including case studies, one-pagers, decks, and product overviews
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials across teams

Paid & Organic Channel Strategy

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant B2B channels
  • Develop segmentation and retargeting strategies to increase campaign efficiency
  • Track performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS) and optimize campaigns accordingly

CRM Management

  • Maintain data hygiene and accuracy in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Support list segmentation, tagging, and campaign setup
  • Track engagement metrics and generate basic reports to support sales and marketing performance reviews

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, business development, and product teams to align on messaging and campaign timing
  • Assist in occasional event or webinar support as needed
