Position Summary

ZED Digital is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Community & Channel Strategist to lead content-driven growth across our owned and paid channels. This role blends storytelling, strategy, and segmentation to elevate our brand in the digital mobility and SaaS space. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a background in journalism, marketing, or communications — and a track record of B2B success on platforms like LinkedIn. You’ll be responsible for managing our content calendar, website, social media presence, and paid media programs, with a sharp focus on demand generation, thought leadership, and brand visibility. You’ll also help ZED earn recognition through industry awards, media mentions, and community engagement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, mobility, or SaaS sectors
  • Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills — able to tailor messaging for multiple audiences
  • Experience with social media tools (LinkedIn, Sprout, Hootsuite), CMS (WordPress), and basic design (Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Hands-on experience with paid channel execution, targeting, and performance reporting
  • Comfortable interpreting analytics and using data to inform content/channel decisions

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Develop and manage a strategic content calendar that supports brand awareness, lead gen, and client engagement goals
  • Write and edit blogs, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, award submissions, and social posts
  • Identify and amplify customer success stories, company milestones, and executive thought leadership

Website & Channel Management

  • Manage and update the company website (WordPress or equivalent CMS)
  • Collaborate with design/development teams to optimize UX and SEO
  • Own our LinkedIn strategy — grow followers, boost engagement, and amplify key messages

Paid & Organic Channel Strategy

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant B2B channels
  • Develop segmentation and retargeting strategies to increase campaign efficiency
  • Track performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS) and optimize campaigns accordingly

Community Building & Recognition

  • Cultivate a strong online presence through social listening, community engagement, and response strategies
  • Identify and manage submissions for industry awards, speaking opportunities, and media coverage
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive employee advocacy and brand evangelism
