TITLE VI REQUIREMENTS
We meet Title VI requirements by extending the solution to unbanked riders for cash purchases.
We also provide the ability to purchase a pass for a non app user and send it directly to an individual phone, The rider can activate the ticket directly without installing an app and validate for the ride. For all non mobile users, we provide options to purchase ticket or pass and validate directly in phone visually without an app being installed.
MOBILE TICKETING
Riders can load cash to their mobile ticketing app at multiple retail outlets including CVS, Walgreens, etc.
