Founder, President & CEO
Sumithra Jagannath has more than two decades of experience in software development, usability, enterprise technology, and digital strategy. A McGill University postgraduate and former professor of software usability at Concordia University, she founded ZED Digital and has led the company from custom software and digital development into smart mobility and smart venue technology.
Under her leadership, ZED developed ZIG and built an international technology team focused on practical solutions for real operating environments.
